Dimensions + Drill Down

  • Tables come pre-configured with one or multiple dimensions

  • Add multiple dimensions (e.g., week, month)

  • Arrange dimensions in logical order (e.g., month at top, date at bottom)

    • You can rearrange dimensions by dragging them up / down in the setup section

  • Drill down functionality turned on by default

    • Configure default drill down level (dimension shown on report reload)

Metrics

  • Add multiple metrics to the report

  • Search for pre-configured KPIs (e.g., gross revenue, net revenue, refunds, AOVs)

  • Right-click and choose resize column “fit to data" for better spacing

  • You can rearrange metrics by dragging them up / down in the setup section

Sorting

  • Sort by dimension (usually ascending for chronological order)

  • Sort by metric (e.g., gross revenue in descending order to show best-performing dimension values)

Horizontal Scrolling + Freezing

  • Horizontal scrolling activated by default

    • Activate "freeze column" to keep dimension visible while scrolling

  • Can be deactivated, if you’re just looking at a few KPIs where scrolling is not necessary

Metric Display

  • Configure in the style section

  • Options: left/center/right alignment

  • Compact numbers for easier consumption

  • Set decimal precision

  • Add bars or heat maps for visual cues

Comparison Date Ranges

  • Set in the default date range section

  • Shows comparison checkbox for each metric

  • Useful for tracking KPI trends

How To Use It

  • Access multiple dimensions using arrow keys on the right-hand side

  • Select a specific row before drilling down

    • Drill down button shows results for selected item

    • You can go up to broaden the view again

  • Drill down without pre-selecting to see all items in a dimension

  • Click on an item to filter all visualizations for that item

  • Deselect to repopulate with entire dataset

  • Use command key to select multiple entries simultaneously

Navigation and Reset

  • Use drill-down to navigate between dimensions

  • Cross filter to analyze specific items across all visualizations

  • Reset button in top left returns to initial view
