What It Looks Like

Configuration

Adjusting Size

  • Press Edit button and click on component

  • Drag and drop component anywhere on grid

  • Resize component by hovering over border and dragging

  • Increase/decrease column size by hovering over column border and dragging

  • Adjust row size by dragging row border up or down

Changing Dimensions

  • You can add multiple dimensions

  • Rearrange dimensions by dragging

  • Use drill-down functionality to navigate between dimensions

  • Remove dimensions by pressing X button

Changing Metrics

  • You can add multiple metrics

  • Rearrange metrics by dragging

  • Remove unwanted metrics

Advanced Configurations

  • Sort by metric (descending order) or dimension (ascending/descending)

  • Show comparison date ranges

    • Configure comparison date range (e.g., previous period)

  • Configuring individual metrics in style section

    • Choose to show comparison for specific KPIs

    • Change formatting of metrics individually

    • Use compact number format

    • Adjust decimal precision

    • Change alignment (left, center, right)

    • Apply heat map for visual cues

How To Use It

Drill-Down Functionality

  • Access multiple dimensions using arrow keys on the right-hand side

  • Select a specific row before drilling down

    • Drill down button shows results for selected item

    • You can go up to broaden the view again

  • Drill down without pre-selecting to see all items in a dimension

Cross Filter Functionality

  • Filtering in the table applies to entire report

  • Click on an item to filter all visualizations for that item

  • Deselect to repopulate with entire dataset

  • Use command key to select multiple entries simultaneously

Navigation and Reset

  • Use drill-down to navigate between dimensions

  • Cross filter to analyze specific items across all visualizations

  • Reset button in top left returns to initial view
