How to Create and Share a Report View
Apply desired settings to your report first (filters, date range, drill-down level, sorting)
Click the "create a report link" button to generate a shareable link
Copy and share the link - recipients will see the exact same view with all settings applied
How to Save a View for Regular Access
Apply all desired settings to your report
Click the "create a report link" button to generate a shareable link
Click the “save a view” button right next to the “create a report link” button
Paste the previously copied report link into the form
Give the view a unique, descriptive name
Click create and refresh data in the report overview
The saved view will appear in the report overview under the main report
Access the saved view anytime by clicking on it in the overview
