Rokt Ads, and Klaviyo events that arrive in time for your flows

Connect Rokt Ads to see its spend for each creative and match its clicks. Events now reach Klaviyo on time for your metric-triggered flows. adtribute also syncs your Klaviyo profiles and late Decify responses, so some attribution and survey numbers change.

Connecting Rokt Ads in Sources › Connections, starting with the parameters your Rokt account manager adds to your click-through URLs

Changed

  • Before, adtribute linked a Klaviyo profile to its email only when the person subscribed to a list. Now, adtribute syncs all your Klaviyo profiles and links each profile to its email. You find them in the new entity Klaviyo Profile under Sources › Entities. More visits from Klaviyo emails now join the right person’s journey, so some attributed orders can move to another channel. What to do: nothing. From: 19 October 2026.
  • Before, the Decify sync could miss follow-up responses: a second or later response for the same order in the same survey. Decify shows these up to half an hour late. Now, each sync asks again for the last 60 minutes, so these responses arrive and you see more Decify responses. What to do: nothing. From: 19 October 2026.

Rokt Ads

Connect your Rokt Ads account under Sources › Connections. adtribute brings in spend, impressions, referrals and acquisitions for each creative and day. Visits from Rokt clicks match their creative when your Rokt account manager adds adtribute’s parameters to your click-through URLs. How to connect it: Rokt Ads.

Improvements

  • Definitions: detail pages of attributes, events, fields and attribution models show their layout while they load, so most of them no longer jump when the content appears.

Fixes

  • Klaviyo: events now reach Klaviyo on time and start your metric-triggered flows. Before, many events arrived hours late, and events for profiles with capital letters in the email were never sent.
  • Google Sheets: an export that replaces a whole tab no longer makes the tab about twice as tall as your data. The tab now ends 1,000 empty rows below your data.
