Configure Email Field for Form

1. Navigate to the respective form.

2. Click on the settings button for the email field.

3. Scroll down to check the following:

   1. In the URL parameter field, enter adb_email.
   2. Check the box for “Übertragung” and put adb_email into the ID of the field.

4. Click on “Done”.

Add a Hidden Field to the Form

1. In the same form, search for ‘Hidden’ or “Versteckt” to generate a new hidden field (it will be the last one in the row).

2. Click on settings for the new hidden field and scroll down to do the following:

   1. In the URL parameter field, enter adb_cdt.
   2. Check the box for “Übertragung” and put adb_cdt into the ID of the field.
   3. Set the Title as adb_cdt as well.

3. Click on “Done”.

Caution

Note:

• Make sure to click save top right, to make the changes live.
• Also, repeat this for every relevant form!
