Create Connection in adtribute

1. Open the adtribute App.
2. Go to Sources › Connections and click on “Create Connection”.
3. Search for “Plentymarkets” and select it.
4. Name the Connection as you like, e.g. the Account Name.

Create REST API User in Plentymarkets

Now you need to create a REST API user in your Plentymarkets system.

1. Log in to your Plentymarkets backend.

2. Go to Setup → Settings → User → Accounts.

3. Click the New button.

4. Fill in the following fields:

   1. Username – Choose a username (use letters and numbers, avoid special characters)
   2. Real Name – Enter a descriptive name (e.g., “Adtribute API”)
   3. Access – Select REST-API
   4. Password – Create a strong password (avoid punctuation marks)

5. Click Save.

Set REST API User Permissions

1. Click on the newly created user account.

2. Go to the Permissions tab and set:

   1. Visible order status – All
   2. Settable order statuses – All
   3. Clients (shops) – Select all clients you want to sync

3. Click on Manage menu and REST API permissions at the top and enable permissions for:

   1. Orders
   2. Items
   3. CRM
   4. Master data
   5. Stocks

4. Click Save.

Complete Connection

1. Go back to the adtribute App.

2. Enter the following details:

   1. Shop Domain – Your Plentymarkets shop domain, without https:// (e.g., www.shop-domain.de)
   2. Username – The username you created
   3. Password – The password you created

3. Click “Next”.

The connection will validate and show up in your Connections list once successful.

Note: Initial data sync may take some time depending on your data volume.
